Turn Over A New Leaf

Who doesn’t love fall?  The weather cools a bit & in the right places on the globe the trees lose their leaves in order to prep for their future change & growth.  We like to think of this example when it comes to our physical selves.  What do we need to shed to prepare for a more bountiful spring for ourselves?  We have created Turn Over A New Leaf challenge for those of us autumn lovers to push ourselves outside our comfort zone.
