Replacement Policy

At VIRTUAL PACE SERIES (VPS.Fit), we take pride in providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or if you receive an incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Eligibility for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item may be requested to verify the issue.

  • The item must not have been intentionally altered or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at updates@vpsrun.com and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos showing the damage or incorrect item received

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will ship a replacement item as quickly as possible.

Non-Eligible Claims

We do not provide replacements, returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind after purchase

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported missing

All sales are final except in cases where an item is received damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.
