This Virtual challenge consist of a 20 mile (5 or 10 day challenge). Run/walk/jog/bike or treadmill at your pace.  Diabetes is serious, so we couldn’t help but to make this a serious challenge.  We all know someone with a form of diabetes, this challenge is to raise awareness and to show support to those who it affects.
